Before our recent move is too distant a memory, Sue and I want to take a minute to thank you both for the excellent service and value we received in listing our home with eMarketing Real Estate.
Since we had known you both for close to ten years, when you helped us buy our previous home, we had every confidence in your skills to help us sell our home. My only apprehension, frankly, was eMarketing Real Estate's value proposition - that you could use the internet to sell our home, at a significant cost savings over traditional methods.
It turns out my apprehensions were completely unfounded. Not only did you have a signed contract on the house in a week, you did so at a price $30,000. more than we thought we could obtain. With respect to commissions, by my calculations, selecting eMarketing Real Estate as our "discount" broker saved us an additional $8,700 over the standard 3% listing agent's fee!
Of course, a great price is only part of the bargain. Throughout the entire process, from listing our house, through contract negotiations, inspections, and settlement, you both did a great job of managing the process, and keeping us advised and informed. As busy parents and professionals, we found this invaluable.
